Who We Deliver To
Village Seafood delivery is exclusive to residents of The Villages, Florida. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order that falls outside our delivery area.
Orders and Payment
Prices shown on the site are current at the time of your order and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. By placing an order, you’re confirming the delivery information you provide is accurate.
Product Availability
We source seafood in limited quantities and availability can change quickly. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you about a substitution, refund, or delay before completing your order.
Delivery
We deliver on the schedule shown at checkout. Someone should be available to receive cold-chain deliveries at the scheduled time. Village Seafood is not responsible for product quality issues caused by a delayed pickup after delivery or an inaccurate delivery address.
Cancellations and Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Because our products are fresh or flash-frozen seafood, cancellations after an order has been prepared for delivery may not be eligible for a full refund. Reach out and we’ll work with you.
Product Quality
We stand behind the freshness and quality of what we deliver. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Limitation of Liability
Village Seafood is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this site, beyond the value of the order itself, except where prohibited by law.
